General conditions

• Payments:
  You can pay via our online terminal or be invited ahv a bank transfer.
• Legal warranty:
  In case of damage from transportation or other, bvba I-comfort will decide on replacement or refund. Costs for return of goods are always the responsibility of the customer.
• All of our subscriptions are cancelable monthly. A message through our contact form will suffice. We will confirm your termination via email.
• Right of Withdrawal:
  As a customer, you can change your mind after ordering goods up to 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. All you need to do is let us know in writing (or by mail) within that time frame. Please use withdrawal form. Requirement: Your order must be returned unused and in its original unopened packaging, otherwise the right of withdrawal expires.
